Paper Submission

1. Authors are invited to submit original full-length research papers of 4-10 pages in A4 size.
2. Submitted papers must be original, unpublished, and must not be under consideration for publication in any other conference or journal.
3. The similarity (plagiarism) index must be less than 10%. Authors should also ensure that no sequence of 12 consecutive words is copied directly from any published source.
4. Papers must be prepared according to the Conference Paper Template. After completing the manuscript, submit it through the online submission link provided above. A confirmation email/message will be sent upon successful submission.
5. Authors should wait for the Acceptance/Rejection Notification from the Organizing Committee. Registration should be completed only after the paper has been accepted.

Authors are requested to strictly follow the Conference Paper Template while preparing their manuscripts. Please ensure the following:

• Provide the paper title, author names, affiliations, and email addresses in the prescribed format.
• Maintain the correct order of multiple authors and their respective institutional affiliations.
• Prepare the manuscript using the standard two-column conference format.
• All mathematical equations should be created using a standard equation editor and numbered consecutively.
• All figures must include clear, descriptive captions and should be numbered sequentially.
• All tables should be numbered consecutively and provided with appropriate titles.
• References should follow the prescribed citation style and include DOI numbers wherever applicable.
• Ensure that all reference citations are properly numbered and cited within the text.
• Do not use text boxes or message boxes for author names, affiliations, figure captions, tables, or references.
