Introduction to CCSN2026

The 15th version of CCSN2026 will be organized at Hotel Hyatt Centric, New Delhi, India. All papers will be reviewed by minimum two reviewers and will be visible to authors for checking. As per theme of the papers, only registered papers will be invited for presentation in different tracks. Experts will hear all presentation and will suggest for improvements. After the completion of the conference, authors will be informed through email for uploading the revised versions of the papers. Then All revised version should be prepared as per paper template of the ACT Proceedings. Many high-quality papers from international research communities will be presented at this conference. Complete research papers, tutorials, surveys, project reports etc. with substantial output-results should be uploaded in the conference. All registered papers will be published in ACT Proceedings as a book Chapter with ISBN number. Link of previous proceedings is: Link of ACT Proceedings

Publication Options:

A paper having only abstract is not considered. Papers should be 4–6 pages (A4 size). After completion of the conference, one month time will be given to authors for preparing revised version of the paper which will be published in the Proceedings. Plagiarism index should be less than 15% and minimum AI generation but edited texts are allowed upto 15% of the documents volume.

  • Very good papers will be invited for SCI/SCOPUS journalsof Springer/IET/Elsevier etc.
  • Conference organizers dont take any publication charges. Conference Registration fee is taken for organizing the conference, but, it will not be considered as the direct publication fees. Some publishers publish papers free of cost (known as Subscription mode) and if any author selects Open Access mode that publication charge is high and paid by the authors directly to the bank account of the journal. Conference organizers has no role of the publication charges of any journal/proceedings.

Paper Submission & Publication Flow

Follow these steps to submit your paper and complete your participation:

  1. Paper submission portal is: https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/icsn2026 (please note that last four digits are 'icsn2026'; this year, when we approach to create CMT site, 'ccsn2026' was not available, another conference used that short name 'ccsn2026'; so, we used 'icsn2026'. But in our website everywhere, we are using short name of this conference as CCSN2026 (Computing, Communication and Sensor Networks). In paper uploading site, we have created account by name 'icsn2026' only for paper uploading purpose. But, every where short name of this conference will be used as CCSN2026.
  2. Login with your existing email/password or create a new account.
  3. Upload your paper in one-column or two-column format (MS Word or PDF).
  4. Note down your Paper ID, which should be mentioned for all future communications.
  5. Wait for the acceptance notice which will be sent to you from the Conference organizers through the CMT3 /Microsoft site (paper uploading site).
    Note: emails may also appear in your Spam/other folders. After uploading the paper you should check your all folders of emails or you can send query email to: ccsn2012@gmail.com
  6. If accepted, carefully read the instructions and complete registration by paying the fee to the organizer's bank account. Details of Company's bank account with other payment methods will be mentioned in this email. After depositing the payment you should save the deposit-confirmation slip which will be required to fill up the registration form.
  7. Prepare your presentation (PPT) and present your paper at the conference venue.
  8. After completion of the conference, an email with publication guidelines will be sent to you for preparing/uploading your paper to online Proceedings/Journal etc.

CMT ACKNOWLEDGMENT: The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
