It has many steps:

  • You should send revised version of the paper in MS Word and PDF versions to the conference organizer.
  • Plagiarism report of your paper.
  • Then, Springer will send the publication-agreement form for signing by the corresponding author.

As conference organizers, we shall submit your paper and other documents to Springer timely and then it will be published through the editors of the proceedings. Springer will inform all authors about publication. Springer has the right to accept/reject your paper also. When all documents become ready, Springer will post the publication date of that proceedings on their website.

OR

B. In a Special Issue of the SCIE/SCOPUS indexed journal publications

This type of publication is possible when approval of special issue is received from the journal. It has many steps:

  • After completion of the conference, organizers will send an email to the selected authors.
  • If the paper is preliminarily selected for the special issue of the journal.
  • Within our email, all details of uploading the extended version of the paper will be mentioned.

After uploading to the special issue of the journal, guest editors will arrange reviewing the paper through editorial portal. Average publication time is available within the journal's portal.

The paper which is selected for special issue of the journal, is it required to have offline presentation?

Answer: Selection of a paper for any special issue of the journal is done on the basis of the quality of the paper. The mode of presentation (either physical or online) does not matter. If the quality is good, that will be preliminarily selected for the journal.
