(1) For presenting paper to conference, we invite for full papers of A4 sizes of 4-10 pages.
(2) Paper should be a new one and not submitted to anywhere for publication.
(3) Plagiarism index should be <10% and consecutive 12 words should not be copied from any published sources.
(4) If ready, paper should be uploaded through the Link given below. You will receive uploading confirmation from the system.
(5) Wait some days for Accept/Reject Notice from the organizing committee and proceed for next steps of Registration if accepted.

When Login page of cmt3 site is displayed, you should create a new account by your email/password ( if not created before). You should not email/password in your diary.
But, there is options for resetting password if forgot anyway. When logged in properly, it will show the screen as shown below. Then you click to the top and leftmost option
'+Create New Submission', select track name, and proceed next..
Authors should strictly maintain paper template for title, affiliations, serial of multiple names of authors, emails, institutions' names etc.
All papers should be in standard IEEE two-column-formats having mathematical equations typed in Math editors, Photos should have serial numbers with good captions. Tables should contain table numbers and title.
All references should have DOI numbers and in same formats. All reference numbers should be put within texts.
