How to Register

Steps of Registration

  1. Upload your paper to: Upload your paper to CCSN2026
  2. If your paper is accepted, deposit the Registration Fee within the dates mentioned in the acceptance email, then fill up the online registration form with payment details.
  3. If you wish to participate as a delegate without paper presentation, deposit the participant fee and fill up the online registration form.

Note: SRF = Senior Research Fellow  |  JRF = Junior Research Fellow.
This registration fee covers offline/online participation for all sessions of the conference, including Lunch/Tiffin (if any), Registration Kits (if any), and attendance of all Keynote/Technical Talk/Paper Presentation sessions. Prices are without accommodations. Registration fee is the same for both offline and online participants. After completion of the event/conference, registration fee is non-refundable. But, for any refund request, email should be sent to info@actsoft.org before one month of the date of conference with description of proper reason. In that case, 50% of the deposit amount will be refunded. After completion of the conference, no refund request will be accepted.

List of Registered Authors

Important Authors must inform us about their mode of presentation — Physical or Online. This is required to prepare the presentation schedule. Authors are requested to book Air/Train tickets and inform us accordingly. Accommodations must be managed by the authors themselves.

Please check the spelling of your name and institute — these names will be printed on your Certificates. Registration Kits will be provided to authors presenting in physical mode at IGDTUW, Delhi. Online presenters will receive soft copies of Proceedings and Certificates.
