Registration:

Steps of Registration:

You have to upload paper to: https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/CCSN2025

Conference organizers will send Accept/Reject notification through CMT3/Microsoft tool within 15days to 30days of time. This email will contain all details of Registration Fees. If anyway you do not receive email from us, Please, contact to email: info@actsoft.org mentioning Paper ID and conference name.

If paper is accepted, then deposit Registration Fee within the dates mentined within the acceptance email. Then fill the online registration form with payment details.

If you want to participte as a delegate without paper presentation, plz, deposit participant- fee and fill the online registration form.

Amount of Registration Fees:

(For India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Srilanka, Burma and low income group countries, in INR)

Faculty MembersPh.D students: ₹ 10500/-
Ph.D students: ₹ 9000/-
Other Students: ₹ 8000/-
JRF, Technical staff:₹ 7000/-

(SRF=Senior Research Fellow)
(JRF=Junior Research Fellow)
Industry delegates : ₹ 10500/-
Listener/Spouse of any delegate:₹ 3000/-(2 days)
Listener/Spouse of any delegate:₹ 2000/-(1 day)

Any Foreign Faculty: $300 USD
Ph.D student/Scientist/Research Associate: $250 USD
Foreign other Student: $250 (USD)
Spouse: $150 (for physical attendees)

This registration fee is for Offline/Online participations for all Sessions of the conference.
These prices are without accommodations.

1. Platinum sponsor: ₹ 100000/-(with one Speaker, free registration of four delegates, product demonstration time (30 mins.), name of company, logo in all documents of the conference.)

2. Gold Sponsor: ₹ 50000/-(one Speaker, free registration of two delegates, product demo(15 mins), name of company, logo will be displayed in all documents.)

3. Silver Sponsor: ₹ 30000/-(free registration of one delegate, company logo and product demontration(10 mins).)

N.B. registration fee is taken for organizing the conference, Lunch-tiffin(if any), registration kits(if any), attending all sessions of Keynote Speech/Technical Talk/Paper Presentations etc. but, it should not be considered as direct publication fees. Registration Fee is same for both offline or online participants. Registration fee is non refundable.
